Ello ello lovely readers! What a beautiful weekend its been here in the UK, hope you've all been enjoying the glorious weather! Popped along to Westfield's yesterday with the intention of doing a wee bit of window shopping & a bit (or a lot) of eating thrown in too. Fact...going to Westfield's & leaving without purchasing anything is impossible. Or the moral of the story is that you have absolute zero self control Aysh... o_0
Today I have one of the lovely Barry M Gelly's to share with you that have been quite a hit within the blogosphere. I've always been a huge fan of Mr M's polishes & have been loving all the new ranges that have been released of late, these ones especially.
Barry M Blueberry is a gorgeous perriwinkle pastel blue cream, such a gorgeous summery shade non?! And the super glossy finish of these polishes is just divine. I actually applied this in poor lightening in the evening & assumed that one coat was enough. But the next day I noticed a few streaks as you can see so two coats are definitely required to get an opaque finish.
The formula was lovely, not too thick & gloopy at all, just lovely & creamy & a dream to apply. And did I mention the glossyness of it? Beaut!
I decided to plonk on a few pretty pearls from my nail art wheels to jazz it up a tad. You can't really tell from the pics but after I applied the obligatory topcoat to seal the stones it actually dragged a slight shimmer off of the pearls on to the nails giving it a lovely pearly finish.
Not sure why but this mani reminds me of weddings! Haha! Think it would make a lovely bridesmaid mani if blue was to be the theme ;)
Thanks for reading as always dolls! Are you a fan of the Barry M Gelly's?
Lotsa love to ya!
