Klenspop Bunny 3 Color Violet Circle Lens Review!

Hello there lovely readers!

Obligatory “wooo is it hot enough for ya folks?!” Apparently it was hotter than Hawaii in the UK today...heck I'm down for that! I know I should be grateful for the glorious invention that is A/C, but I think the office got a bit overexcited with the settings thus inside it was rather north pole like in its temperature confusing the delicate senses a tad! O_o

So another day, another contact lens review for you my dears! Is it weird that I've always wanted purple pixie eyes? As you know I love switching up my eye colour & as much as I enjoy the greens, greys & blues, I've always been curious to try some more fun & unusual shades.

Thank to my lovely chums at Klenspop I don't need to rely on Snapchat filters to rock me some purple peepers anymore with a little help from the *Bunny 3 Colour Violet Lenses.

As with all Klenspop lenses you'll receive your contacts in their funky fun packaging that I just love & which includes not just the lenses but also a case to store them in & mini tweezers for safe & easy shifting of the lenses.

I noticed straight away that the Bunny 3 Color Violet lenses were much smaller than the previous circle lenses I've tried from Klenspop. Here is a quick breakdown of the lenses details:

Diameter: 14.5mm
Graphic Diameter: 13.3mm
Basic Curve: 8.6mm
Using Period: 6 months
Water content: 38%
Manufacturer: Lenspop

On to the trying & testing! I couldn't wait to give these a go so here is an obligatory 'before' pic of my natural eyes...

And now with the Bunny 3 Color Violet Lenses...

Omfrreeekinngggaaahfn....pretty much sums up how I feel about these. I was worried that with my naturally very dark eyes the violet wouldn't show up so well but I couldn't have been more wrong & I absolutely LOVE the finish these give.

As mentioned before due to the smaller graphic diameter of these lenses there is not a huge amount of enlargement of the irises but that doesn't bother me at all, I really adore the natural & delicate look.

The colour itself is gorgeous, a mix of lilacs, violet & brown. One observation I noticed actually, I don't know if you can tell but there seems to be a few more strokes of brown in the left lens? Unless its just me but again I didn't mind that additional coincidental touch of randomness!

On to comfort of wear, as always I've found Klenspop lenses to be super comfortable. Again, maybe this could be due to the smaller diameter but I did find my eyes started to feel a bit dry a lot quicker than with the previous lenses, but eye drops helped with that. But I would definitely wear these for a shorter length of time than the others.

Its no secret that Klenspop is my favourite supplier of lenses. Quick shipping, you'll get your lenses in around a week which is fab. The prices are great too, I believe these ones are currently on sale at $7 which is a bargain!

You can find these lenses plus so many more on the Klenspop website. Do have a gander at my previous Klenspop lens reviews HERE to see some of the other colours/designs available.

Thank for reading!

Lotsa love to ya!

Klenspop Ellen Panda Blue Circle Lens Review

Hello there lovely readers!

As I'm sure you are familiar with by now if you're a regular here, I do like to play around with contact lenses on occasion to enhance the eyes & mix it up every now & then.

One of my favourite brands is the Korean company Klenspop, whose circle lenses I've tried, tested, loved & reviewed before including the Ruby Queen Grey & Ellen Panda Brown. Today I have another circle lens to show you, these ones are the *Ellen Panda Blue!

As always the lenses come securely packaged in lots of bubble wrap in which you'll discover the beyond cute packaging. Shipping time with these is impressively fast as well. Within the box you'll get your lenses stored securely in their protective glass bottles, a lens case to store them in & a pair of small plastic tweezers to help remove the lens from the bottle safely.

Take care when peeling the lids off of the glass bottles as the edges can be a wee bit sharp! But pull from the tab along the edge & its pretty straightforward. You can then dispense the lenses into your storage case. Here is a wee breakdown of information on the Ellen Panda Blues...

Diameter: 14.8mm
Graphic Diameter: 14.5mm
Basic Curve: 8.6mm
Using Period: 6 months
Water Content: 38%
Manufacturer: Lenspop

To show you the full effect the lenses have, here is a before pic of moi with my natural brown eye colour...

And now we have with the Ellen Panda Blue circle lens in...

As you can see these circle lenses largen the irises quite significantly, really drawing attention & making the eyes stand out by giving a cute dolly effect.

Onto the actual colour, the Ellen Panda Blue's are actually a 4 colour scheme with not only streaks of different blue tones, but also touches of brown & grey giving a really unique fun finish.

I wore these to work one day & it was clear that the lenses differ in appearance under different lighting as each of my colleagues saw different shades, sometimes blue, sometimes brown & other times grey haha!

Despite that though I love the finish these lenses give & as I've mentioned in each of my reviews, the Klenspop lenses are the best lenses I've tried as not only are they super cute but incredibly comfortable too.

Factor in the affordable price, 6 month life span, quality service & shipping, Klenspop are definitely my go to brand for contacts & one I can highly recommend. You can find these lenses & many more shades/styles online, all varying in price starting from $7 upwards.

Thanks as always for reading!

Lotsa love to ya!

Klenspop Ellen Panda Brown Circle Lens Review!

Hey there lovely readers!

You know I like to dabble with contact lenses & not too long ago I blogged about Klenspop, a Korean brand that had recently come to my attention, in particular their Ruby Queen Grey lens which I absolutely LOVE! Today I have a review of another one of their lenses & I can honestly tell you that Klenspop have fast become one of my favourite brands to use when it comes to chopping & changing up that eye colour!

The lenses that I have to show you today are the Ellen Panda Brown Lenses*

As usual the lenses arrived securely packaged in a small cardboard box within plenty of bubble wrap to prevent any knocks/dents & shipping time is nice & quick.

Once opened you'll find your lenses in the customary kawai style cute packaging that I've come to associate with Klenspop, within the box you'll find your lenses in their individual bottles, a lens case to store your lenses in & a wee pair of tweezers to lift the lenses out safely.

For those who are interested here's a bit more detailed information on the Ellen Panda Brown Lens:

Diameter: 14.8mm
Graphic diameter: 14.5mm
Basic Curve: 8.6mm
Using period: 6 months
Water content: 38%
Manufacturer: Lenspop

To give you a better idea of how these alter your look here's a quick before pic of my natural eye colour....

And now with the lenses in...

What do you think? I wasn't expecting to like these as much as I do, the Ruby Queens were such a hit I didn't think any other could match but boy was I wrong!

I love how the Ellen Panda Brown enlarges the iris beautifully, giving a more wide awake & eye catching finish. The colour itself is gorgeous, quite unusual, not exactly brown actually but more a mixture of deep greys & browns giving it a more natural look.

But the main thing I love about these lenses & Klenspop lenses in general is how comfortable they are. Even on my dry eyes they don't irritate at all & as long as I carry eye drops around with me I can easily wear these throughout the day with zero problems.

The Klenspop lenses are not only fab quality, they also have a 'shelf life' of about 6 months. As long as you take good care of your lenses, regularly changing the solution & keeping them clean, then they should definitely last.

You can find the Ellen Panda Brown lenses on the Kelenspop website HEREalong with many other fab colours & styles! I've recently been tempted to try pink/violet lenses...

Thanks as always for reading!

Lotsa love to ya!

Klenspop Ruby Queen Grey Coloured Contact Lens Review

Hi there lovely readers!

It's no secret that when it comes to makeup, I like to focus on the eyes. One of my favorite ways of mixing things up a tad is by wearing coloured contact lenses to really make the eyes stand out. In the past I've indulged in blues, greens, hazels from various brands including Acuvue & MesmerEyez, which have all worked well for me as daily & monthly disposables. I was offered the opportunity to try out some circle lenses by the brand Klenspop, an online Korean retailer of circle lenses, I've always been intrigued by them, having heard lots of things so I was looking forward to seeing how they would compare to ones I'd already tried.

I was sent a pair of the *Ruby Queen Grey Circle Lens, on first look I knew these would be interesting with their intriguing diamond like effect on the design. I was impressed with how fast they got to me, shipping was very quick & the lenses themselves came very well sealed in cardboard & bubble wrap. Now to be honest with you I have NO clue about all the various lens sizes, diameters, all that business, but in case it does interest you here's a wee breakdown:

Diameter: 14.0mm
Graphic diameter: 13.8mm
Basic Curve: 8.6mm
Using period: 6 months
Water content: 38%
Manufacturer: Neo Vison

The lenses come stored within glass bottles in adorably illustrated box packaging, with instructions on the back that are pretty self explanatory to follow. You also receive a lens case to keep your lenses in as well as a wee pair of tweezers to remove the lenses safely.

Now I don't know if it was me being a complete dunce (probably) but I struggled with opening the glass bottles these lenses come in, they are sealed securely which is understandable & I managed to totally hash it up but with the help of a pair of scissors (safely!) I eventually pried the bottles open! O_o I used the tweezers to pick the lenses out of the bottles & placed into the lens case with some of the solution they came in.

Of course the truth is in the testing! To give you an idea of the difference here is a before mugshot of moi with my natural brown eyes...

And here we have with the Ruby Queen Grey Circle Lens in...

Verdict? LOVE. I especially love how the circle lens really gives the appearance of wider awake & noticeably larger eyes. The grey shade is absolutely lovely, the diamond effect gives a really interesting twist whilst still keeping the shade pretty natural looking which is great.

Of course the main test is easy wear-ability & these felt extremely comfortable whilst on. I suffer from dry eyes, so with contacts you can imagine this is an absolute nightmare! However regular application of eye drops will keep the dryness at bay & I find I can get maximum wear of about four to six hours from these.

I've only ever used daily disposable or monthly lenses, this particular brand as well as many other Korean brand lenses state that they last up to 6 months, some even a year! I'm not sure how I'd feel myself using the same lenses for such a long period of time so will most probably get 3 months usage before discarding.

Overall though I'm extremely impressed & will definitely be purchasing lenses from Klenspop in the future, I already have my eye on some violet ones! Not only are they comfortable & look great but they are also very reasonable with lenses starting at around $13. Shipping is quick & costs $5.50 so convert that & all together you're looking at just over a tenner. The fact that Paypal is a payment method option is another tick in the box for me, plus you can also enter in prescription details when ordering if you require them for your lenses.

Thanks as always for reading lovelies!

Lotsa love to ya!
